Location is good. Walking distance to most tourist attractions in District 1. Room is decent and comfortable. Breakfast is also provided. However, noise from other rooms such as opening doors or playing music can be heard loudly but should not be a big deal.

Nice hotel, but area around hotel is a bit dirty. Breakfast at hotel is good but place is very small. Hotel is located near major attractions which can be reached by taxi or on foot. I recommend using GRAB to get around. Very cheap and don't have to worry about hassling with taxi driver. Overall a good stay for your money

They do well with what location and space they have available in this city. Location is great and you can walk to many places if you're a walker. Not much English spoken but communication was ok. We just went off and asked other people. Shower took forever to heat up in one room but nice once it did. Other room shower was brilliant. Breakfast is simple and tasty.

ACE hotel was very good, the only complaint I have is the beds were a little too firm. The buffet breakfast was excellent every day but the dining area is quite small.

Value for money - good breakfast & location

Good value for money. Our family stayed for 4 nights. Free breakfast was very good-different vege and noodles/rice everyday. Location is good - opposite few great Vietnamese & Chinese restaurants. 500m walk to Sense Shopping Centre and Backpackers Steet(street party like LanKwaiFong in HK at night) and morning Pacific Market. Used Grab & Uber to go to Ben Thanh Market, Takashimaya-Saigon Centre,Andong & Chinatown. Joined local tour for HCMC city tour, My Tho and Beng he. Great food and shopping (but hv to keep bargaining)

Great hotel for the price

This is the second time after a few weeks of traveling i went back to stay there. Great cheap place but they need to clean the AC filters, I've done this on both stays. Other than that nothing to complain about, i would stay there again and again.

Great shopping location

Clean friendly hotel close to shops and restaurants. Does not have tea/ coffee in room or breakfast included but plenty of cafes around to compensate. Good budget hotel.

Easy and comfortable stay.

The hotel is vey well maintained and the bed is really comfortable. I've choose the cheapest room because it said it as no windows and I preferred dark rooms, however there was a little windows to the hall way, no problem at all. The hotel location is another plus, It's 15min walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, and 5 minutes walking to Pho đi bo Bui Vien walking street, a party street. The staff are super friendly and would do things to make you feel hone. We request 2 extra pillows and we were promptly served. The breakfast is included. You can ask for eggs or soup if you like and the ladies working there are very nice too. I personally didn't like the coffee but the rest of buffet was good. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Overall stay at Ace Hotel was good except that we actually booked the wrong hotel. We had actually book Ace Hotel instead of Ace Hotel Ben Thah, had paid US$20 per nite for the swop over. Signs..

Enjoyed my stay!

Nice and cosy hotel room. Very comfy and nice bed, shower is a little slow to heat up though.. no complaints about that. Good location with eating places nearby. It's a little far to walk to ben thanh market though, around 15min walk, but near to pubs at pham ngu lao area, around 5min walk.. overall it's great value for money and I would choose this hotel any time should I go back for holiday.

Glass toilet wall and door

Had an incident with the hotel reception regarding the SIM card but resolved it in the end when he gave me a refund. Would advise tourists to just go to the SIM card store ( I went to Mobifone 5 min walk away) directly. The toilet wall and door is made out of glass. See-through so it's a bit "intimate" not great if you're going with a group of friends who are not ready for naked action. I was sadly allergic with the sheets, but my boyfriend was fine with it. The breakfast was fairly good with very friendly staff.
