Spacious deluxe twin room , clean and friendly service. But the windows are facing the wall of the next building so no natural sunlight and there’s no safe in the room.

It is very difficult to control the temperature of the water in the tap. The temperature can go very high and cause bodily harm.

受付スタッフの態度が不快な対応だった。 チェックイン/アウトマシンの操作で、エクスペディアで予約しても、東横インメンバーカードの情報は読み取れ、チェックイン手続きが時短できることをそのスタッフは知らなかった。できるものならしてくださいと投げやり言動、さらに自身の間違いを認めない態度であった。 その他のスタッフはそんなことなかったが、たまに場違いなスタッフがいるので気を付けなければならない。 他のお客様にもぶっきらぼうな対応でとても不快に感じた。
