Modern hotel in a great location

Modern hotel in a great location just next to the Memorial Park. It has a great bar on the top floor. Rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a popular hotel restaurant on the ground floor but we didn't use it as it had a more Westernised menu.

The Knot is located close to buses and streetcars to connect with Hiroshima station. It is only a few minutes walk to the Hiroshima ABomb Dome and Museum. It is only a few minutes walk to the Aqua Net ferry terminal for a trip to Miyajima Island. This is a fabulous way to travel to the island. The knot has a rooftop bar with fabulous views. Many traditional restaurants all within a few minutes walking.

The property is positioned very close to the centre and we could walk everywhere very easily. There are also bus stop and tram stop very near by. I would use it again if we manage to come back :)

Really nice hotel, beautiful aesthetics and lovely rooftop bar! Staff friendly and allow luggage to be left if your arrival is earlier than check in. Provided “knot’ coins upon check in which got us free drinks. Nice room. Great location nearby to Atomic dome and museum, Hondori shopping street and public transport. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Two nights at The Knot

Check-in completed quickly at a desk near the ground floor restaurant. Check- in also done on top floor bar. Room was a suitable size, bed was comfortable & room was clean. Amenities available at reception. The Knot has a nice roof top bar with inside & outside seating ( as weather allows) with good views. Good service from the staff. The Knot is walkable to Peace Park & associated tourist attractions. Downstairs restaurant had good food & the staff were excellent. Arrived in Hiroshima via Shinkansen & caught a bus from the station to nearby the hotel. A good range of restaurants are also in walking distance to The Knot. A comfortable & enjoyable stay.

Situated very near the Bomb Dome and river it’s a great hub for exploring Hiroshima. Quick access to tram service and the boats to Miyajima, as well as walking distance to lots of shopping choices and dining! Recommend an American/Western theme food bar place near by that’s a fun open mic vibe for something different. Also has a rooftop bar with a lovely view and they offer tokens upon check in to enjoy a cocktail there. Lovely stay.
