Felt like John wick cashing in their complimentary drinks tokens they give you after checking in. Loved how the washer and dryer allowed you to get both jobs done after the other was finished and also how you can lock the machine with a PIN code and not have to worry about someone touching your stuff inside the machine after it’s done. The complementary coffee they give you tastes great.

The Knot is in the perfect location to reach all the sights in Hiroshima - the Peace Park is an easy stroll away. Our room was large and comfortable, with a view towards the Park and over a busy intersection (no noise though). We enjoyed the rooftop bar as well, which was well set up and had some interesting views over the city. Overall we had a really nice stay for three nights.

Liked this hotel very much. Modern, decent size room (for Japan), good shower, functional and calm space. The roof top bar was perfect for evening drinks on a warm night. Great lounge area on the top floor. Staff pleasant and efficient. Just a short walk from the Peace Park which was great for an early start before the crowds descend! Nice Bistro on the ground floor. Easy bus ride from the station. Very happy with this choice for our two night stay.

A quiet stay with bright views looking towards Peace Park. The rooftop lounge was a great place to enjoy the evening, especially because of the staff. Be sure to ask Charley to make you a cocktail!

The pictures are misleading and the hotel is a bit more outdated than what is pictured. Thought I was booking the more nicer room but there was nothing nicer about the room. Pillows are average. Can’t adjust the air in the room and it gets super hot at night. The rugs have a weird scent. The bathroom and the room have the worst lighting. The plastic floors in the bathroom make it feel like you are walking somewhere in a public bathroom if not worse. Nothing about this hotel feels like a boutique hotel. The only plus was the location. Otherwise, would not suggest.

Having a dehumidifier running when you enter your room is never a good thing. Our first room had a strong smell of Urine, so we asked for a different room. They obliged, but the second room had long black hairs in the sink, toilet and shower. Obviously had not been cleaned very well. The rooms are small and basic. The bed is not comfortable and the pillows are old with lumps of foam in them. Air Conditioning is locked at 23 degrees - too warm for us. The whole room and bathroom feels like it was manufactured, like a mobile home. The bar had beautiful views, but tables were dirty and the staff were not very attentive. The restaurant on the ground floor was excellent, I have a feeling this was not run by the hotel. I would avoid and stay somewhere nicer/better

This hotel was okay and I would stay here again as it was good enough for a short stay. It did feel it was a bit budget. The carpets were a cream colour, cheap looking and looked dirty. The AC was set to 23. Reception did reduce this to 20 for us, but it felt annoying not to have choice over this in the room. Would have been nice to have tea on the amenities bar. We used knot coins issued at check in at the bar on level 14. We got 9 coins each which got us 2 drinks each. The bar had a decent vibe. Location was really good. Overall it’s an okay place to stay. Just nothing wow!

The Knot was such a beautiful hotel. The roof top bar has great views of the city and is a perfect spot to unwind after the day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There is also street cars (trams) within a 2 minute walk. The hotel is very close to Peace Park and the ferry to Miyajima. There is also a most delicious Okonomiyaki restaurant within walking distance.

First reception staff were very rude. Second set of staff on top floor were much more helpful, but in general the staff were not very polite or helpful. Hotel is average - nice rooftop bar but the bathrooms in the bedrooms are quite cheap. Good location.

Brilliant hotel, great location walk to all of the peace park/dome etc. Great roof top bar. Would stay there again. The staff in restaurant weren't great, but the reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel itself was fine. The room annd bathroom was very small and without much room for moving round. Our room seemed to smell damp for the whole time we were there. I would not recommend this hotel to friends.
