Wonderful hotel with surprises

A lovely hotel, very helpful staff, nice touches like free drinks and snacks then later free rice bowls. Rooms extremely large for Japan. Staff were so helpful and polite I would recommend this hotel.

Good stay

The rooms are very spacious according to Japanese standards. They offer a lot of free food/drinks during the day - smoothie and juices in the morning, breakfast, snacks, tea, wine and cocktails and supper. They have communal bath as well in addition to private bathrooms.

We have been traveling through Japan and this was by far the largest room we had. There is an onsen and several times of complimentary food and drinks. My daughter left an expensive watch in her room during checkout and we found it at the front desk in the late afternoon before boarding train to next city. We had a bit of difficulty figuring out AC, but google translate helped!

Convenient and comfortable

Comfortable room and delicious breakfast (especially liked the chef's original olive curry). Was happy to be able to park next door for the same price as the hotel parking, which was full when I arrived a little after 5 p.m. I liked the automatic lighting when I walked into the hallway area and the automatic flushing toilet.

The hotel itself is not bad, but there really wasn't too many places to eat. It's close to the main shopping area though, so that helps. I did appreciate the happy hour session in the late afternoon.

Clean room with comfy beds. Room was big enough to keep open luggages. Water kettle and bathroom amenities were provided. Staff were quick and helpful. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms. Shower area included soaking tub so it was very spacious. Sink is outside so one can wash hands or brush teeth anytime. Convenient location with plenty of eateries around. Very walkable.

Hotel was close to major things I wanted to see in Hiroshima. Rooms were clean and standard Japanese sized. Unique part is the lobby lounge always had something to offer throughout the day like juice, coffee, cookies, and evening ochazuke. Also got two complimentary sparkling wines for booking with Expedia so that was nice!
