The bed made me incredibly itchy all night, the carpets were dirty, the ‘spa’ (hot tub) had so much junk floating on top and needed a paint job, doors on hallway side were dirty, and the breakfast was very lack- lustre (4 individual yogurts in the fridge, coffee creamer and bananas in a sink, stale bread, minimal choices, etc). Staff were very nice and helpful. The outside of the building looked nice though lots of garbage in parking lot. Lobby is attractive. My child enjoyed their stay, and had no complaints.

Everything was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was decent... Wish it had an option for gf though. Beds were comfy but the pillows were horrible. All in all was a good place to rest the head though.
