Mini ski vacation

Room size is large. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs , sausages, toast. Cereals, bananas. Near the Hinton nordic club and one hour from Marmot Basin.

Well, lets start off with the bad. When we checked in, our coffee maker was dirty had the old filter and grinds in it still. And the coffee was not replenished. But the front desk took care of that right away. The room keys i found we had to try multiple times for them to work. Now the good. Beds were comfy. The free breakfast was great. Good selection. I have dietary restrictions and was still able to eat there. Lots of parking out back. And i felt it was a quiet little place. Would i stay here again. For its price. I for sure would

Downgraded to a smelly room with hair on sheets

We booked a king size bed with fireplace as viewed in picture. Was taken to a low ceiling basement which they insist. It was not a basement. We rejected the room and asked for one like was advertised in the photo. We were told everything was sold out even though the parking lot was half empty. I will ask for a room that wasn’t in the basement and we’re giving the cheapest double queen room. They did not adjust the pricing for the downgrade. The double queen room we received had hair on the bed and sheets, and smelled like oily and greasy coveralls. The bed was the cheapest coil mattress you can buy, and it was a very unpleasant evening.
