Meh. Very tired hotel, pictures are hugely deceiving. Emailed me 4/5 days before staying saying you needed to book the pool and gave an email address.. Emailed them and heard nothing back.. Check in and indeed, you have to book, it’s a good job they had availability! Rooms are very tired and look nothing like the pictures really. The jacuzzi was broken and about half the lights in the pool area all didn’t work. When putting the DND sign on the door, I found someone’s room service order from over 6 months ago.. Took it to the front desk on check out to politely let them know and they were just like ‘ok’ .. Seemed like it was just totally normal, no sorry or anything. Wouldn’t return. Good sleep though, I’ll give them that and a comfy bed!

We attended the Salsa New Year party. Our room 103 was clean but there was really bad mold against the whole of the wall on the window. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast. If we weren't in rush with new year eve festivities we would have askex for another room. But the hotel was also fully booked. Damp needs to be addressed in this room. We could've get into pool as 1 hour slots and pool was full due to new years. Everything else was okay.
Was not the stay we expected.
Arrived at 3pm to check in. Was told that if we want to use the spa facilities, which we did, we may need to telephone the spa to see if there is availability.
We then went into a freezing cold bed room, no heating was on for arrival.
Arrived at the spa and health suite to be told that we have to book a hour time slot as before 6pm its only guests with children.
We couldnt use the facilities until 6pm and would have to leave at 7pm.
Ive been to many hotels with spa facilities of similar size and have never been told we can only have an hour of leisure when they say we can go.! Definitely spoilt our trip.
The hotel room we was in was noisy mainly due to the way the hotel rooms are all situated on a long corridor.
Not enough pillows or extra blankets in the room,lead to a very poor nights sleep.
In the morning we were allocated a 8 till 9 am slot for the spa. So no chance of having a relaxed morning before we left. We ate breakfast at the hotel. Seriously lacking vegetarian or vegan food for the cooked breakfast. Reheated new potatoes for the cooked breakfast didnt look very appealing. Hash browns would have been a better option!
Definitely will not return to this place. The hotel seems to focus on corporate events and have lacked the quality i was expecting from Leonardo hotel brand.

Lovely , comfortable hotel stayed here on 3 occasions this trip , however last trip bit of a nightmare with very noisy children opposite my room . I thought perhaps hotel should have intervened somehow, or security . Kids running and playing in corridors at midnight .
The hotel was lovely and clean, room really spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. The only draw back was breakfast. We were arrived at 10am for breakfast and very little was left, we had to ask staff for many breakfast options to be refilled. Apart from this we had a really nice stay.
Big conference hotel but about as cosy as they come. Very nice.

We booked executive room. £120 for 1 night with breakfast. Room big with 2 beds but nothing special. Old storage heater on wall. Single glazing on windows so can hear the wind through windows. No biscuits , and two bottles of sparkling water which nobody drinks. There was also an reddish stain all over toilet seat. Which looked someone had been sick over it and they had tried to clean it with bleach, but still there. Room 244 Stayed for xmas party. Food was cold upon sevice. Missed out our tables dessert so had to go and ask staff as they were clearing everything away. Breakfast just ok. No hash browns. Looked like last nights new potatoes used up instead. Sachets of ketch that u cant open. No ambience really. Staff all looked miserable. 3 year in row our company has used this hotel . I think we will be looki g for new venue next year.
An average stay. It took over 5 minuts to find my name at check in. They had to search for my surname then first name apparently! Why a search can't look at both together is beyond me? Hairs from a previous guest in bathroom, so not cleaned properly. And an old and tired room when I know there are much better and more modern rooms in this once outstanding hotel.
Good standard rooms (although lift wasn't working and I had to lug my case up stairs). Pleasant reception staff and very helpful and I was able to check in early which was really appreciated.
Had lunch in the bar which wasn't very impressive.
Also there were Xmas parties going on and I think I was next door to 4am revellers. Might be a good idea to group party goers together and any single bookings, like myself, in another wing!!!
Overall, though, no serious problems and I would stay here again.
