We went off season for our honeymoon. Half the restaurants were closed and the two bars on the property would close early every day. They also closed the hot tub at 9pm.

It was a little upsetting regarding the shuttle. The shuttle didn’t do their last 6:10 pick up. I waited to 6:40pm to call the hotel and they did send someone out.

The staff was incredibly nice! I stayed in an ocean view room on the first floor- beautiful view- but… it was the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed in. My room was near the workout facility- people in & out at all hours. I couldn’t enjoy my window being open due to the noise. It was really disappointing. Other than that - nice place to stay!

Bed arrangement was terrible and I’d always heard the Westing was exceptional for sleeping! Very disappointed. The sheets did not stay tucked. The comforter made sleeping w/ covers way too hot, yet throwing off comforter made overall sleeping temp too chilly. The pillows were so high that one’s head had to bend at an uncomfortable angle or use no angle at all. Woke up tossing all night long.

Other than the work going on in the lobby, the hotel was fine. I think they need to ensure that they have adequate staff on check-in because, whilst I managed to check-in reasonably quickly, the number of times I passed check-in to find long queues. In fact I wanted to complete check out formalities the evening before I was leaving, as I wanted to get away early, but the queue for check-in was so long, I had to leave it, and literally check out after breakfast, when there were staff on duty

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at The Westin! Loved it the first time and loved it this time. There was renovations going on in the lobby area but that is only going to make the stay more enjoyable in the future. The staff was excellent, the property was well kept and the amenities were exceptional. From the pools to the bars and restaurants to the beautiful beach scene we could not ask anything more and have made it an annual tradition to visit.

This property was overall nice.This is my second time visiting this property. A bit dated in some aspects but overall well kept. Rooms were a good size and were clean. There is parking in front of property as well as an underground parking lot area so ample parking for visitors. Property is family friendly. Not very relaxing for adults as there were a lot of kids running around and at the pool.
