The rooms have all the basements, but the location is absolutely perfect. Easy walk to the beach, wonderful pool and easy walk to dining and shopping.

Having never been to Hilton Head before I was very impressed with the Beach House. I'm glad we stayed a few weekdays as it's a much calmer place than on the weekends. The live music is great. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful. The direct access to the beach was just what we wanted.

The staff and bartenders were top-notch, super friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeous. I love that the tiki bar has live music every night. My only drawback is I am a light sleeper, and the room walls felt very thin. I could hear all of the noises in the hallway and toilet flushing from rooms away. Overall, a great beautiful stay.
