Check in and check out went super smooth and timely fashion.Food was great!Balcony on deck was super cute and comfortable. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Loved all the features. Extra pull out bed,2 tvs,desk with charging station and bathroom was great!!Would definitely recommend 👌

There was a dog barking until about 10pm. I was injured on the premisis and the first aid was lacking. I was surprised to be told there was a $15.00 charge for the breakfast buffet, I've never been charged at any hotel that i stayed in that offered that service.

Housekeeping stole items from me and refused to give them back. While vacationing, I had to make multiple trips back to the hotel after checking out to retrieve my items. Only after the staff saw I would keep coming back did they finally give me my things back. Not a good experience.

Upon arrival, there was no clear indication where to drive to approach the front entrance. Upon entering the lobby, it was nice and the greeting and reception was excellent. however, I had difficulty entering the room as the door was stuck, and I had to apply pressure to get in. After a long road trip, I needed a quiet retreat. I had a meal, watched TV and decided to turn in for the night. with the TV off, I noticed the AC was a bit loud. Soon after I realize it was real loud and I tossed and turned quite a bit through the night. I was too tired to get dressed to go down and discuss it. I guess I eventually fell asleep. The breakfast was self-serve Continental style. Overall, I left unimpressed.
