Friendly staff. Free breakfast was good. It included eggs, sausage, variety of breads, cereal, juice choices, waffles and tea/coffee. The room was standard and served the purpose for our 2- night stay. Bonus is the room included a microwave and fridge. You don't always get that at 5 star hotels these days.

I really enjoyed the free breakfast, they had a lot to choose from. Some hotels are minimalist they are not. They even left out free cookies you could grab anytime of the day. Staff was friendly.

I had a 2 queen plus study room that sleeps 6. I had 3 adults and 1 child (16). Room was clean with plenty of space, mini fridge, coffee maker, micro. Breakfast had plenty of options including eggs, sausage, ect. I got sick (not from hotel) requiring ambulance and hotel staff checked up on me which made it feel more homely. We came for my son's graduation from boot camp at Paris Island. The drive there and back is 45 min to an hour, but not too bad.

The room (King) was updated, modern, very clean. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was "okay." Workout room had a little musky smell, but not terrible. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

The place was very clean, but some maintenance issues needed to be taken care of, like the ceiling sprinkler system in the bathroom installed but not trimmed out Not a fan of housekeeping cleaning the room every two days -- it seems better to have the bed made daily and fresh towels. The toilet paper seemed very rough. Staff was nice. Breakfast was well stocked.

I always love staying on Hilton Head Island and Hampton Inn makes it easy. The Hotel staff are friendly, accommodative and helpful. I actually went out to my car very late in the evening to retrieve something and the person behind the desk asked if everything was okay and if I felt safe! I will definitely be staying here in the future and recommend to everyone I know traveling to the area.
