The prpoerry is old and outdated. The breakfast is bare minimum. Mattress is old, worn, and way past needing replacement. However there are no other options in the area

No Elevators I had 2 broken knees they put me on 2nd floor and pretty much told me good luck going up 16 flight of stairs the employees were rude I’ll never return there I made it up those stairs with my husbands help

I understand that this hotel is being remolded, but when walking up stairs where the guys had painted the walls...literally burned my eyes from the fumes. Had no doors open for ventilation. Also NO air working in lobby and it was 87-89 degrees out.. Positive note...comfortable beds

Price not worth the stay.
The place is under remodel and the areas are messey not cleaned up. The room smelt moldy and the lock to the door between rooms didn’t work so I had to use the Iorning board to wedge it against the door and the wall so no one could come in from the other room. I asked the front desk about it but they didn’t seem worried about it. Or offer me to change rooms.

I booked a suite for the night and everything was ok until tye next morning when i had to take an ice cold shower. I cut my stay short an stayed someplace else the bext night. I reported it tobthe young lady ant the desk when i checked out and it was apparent tyat she could really care less.

Part of the building is being redone so there is dust and adhesive smell. The room, itself, was nice and clean.The room is good for about 1 night. There is no closet, only some hooks on the wall. No dresser, just a small cubby/box. I wasn't sure if my room had been redone yet or not.

I paid 130 a night for 6 days and the hotel was under construction, beating on the room under me while I was trying to rest . I made a complaint to be moved but was told there was no more rooms available. Debris scattered everywhere inside and out of the hotel . Looks like an abandoned crack house . I would say for the money I spent I would expect better conditions or a discount to compensate. Would not recommend

Caution on the room you receive!!
If you stay at this hotel and end up with a room with a dark red wall, those are their old rooms. The second floor rooms are newly remodeled. We had a rather strange experience because the bed in our room was tilted so we requested a new room. We were initially told that they could not change the room because I had booked through expedia. I booked on the Wyndam site. They did eventually change our room but we would have never known and we would have stayed in a room that was very "ghetto" - dark, dirty feeling, and disgusting. FYI - this was also their handicap room which makes me sad that they thought this was acceptable for a person with handicaps. The bathroom was acceptable for a person with disabilities, but the room was terrible. We could even see places behind the bed where paint was missing and there were NO decorations in the room making it extremely bleak.
