I was in Franklin for a couple nights in between travel. Itā€™s a beautiful little town. Location was super convenient to highways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Updates on the horizon but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. I will stay again if I find my way in this neck of the woods again.

Convenient location, but pretty dilapitated and out dated. Noisy neighbors upstairs stomping around and didn't sleep well. Sheets were pretty ratty but i guess you get what you pay for

Room was clean and decently maintained/updated. However there were flies everywhere in the room to the point we did not use any of the towels or shower or anything in the room. If flies were not there I would give it a 4 stars, as everything was good not exceptional. Also pet fees for conditions of rooms are a bit high if you have a pet, more than the $30 their website says.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Absolute garbage fire of a stay. Booked same day because our travel plans changed and we needed somewhere cheap. We werenā€™t able to arrive until 10pm. Itā€™s my acct but I donā€™t have a debit card currently, so my mother came inside to pay with hers. First the jerk at check in gave us soooo much trouble. Rolling his eyes, scoffing and saying he wishes he couldā€™ve canceled our reservation before we got there!! He tried to talk us out of the booking even!! He kept pressing the question about if we had pets with us, which we didnā€™tā€¦ just because I had a ā€œdog momā€ shirt on. He kept snidely saying that weā€™d ā€œbetter tell him now or he will charge us for everything he canā€. Itā€™s 1030pm and I just want to sleep!! Finally we got to the room and were shockedā€¦ the door is a residential lock and key and the A/C unit didnā€™t work properly. The whole room was dirty and grimy. Then as Iā€™m taking a shower, TWO ROACHES came up thru the drain!!!! Awful and disgustingā€¦ please pay the extra $15-20 to stay somewhere else!!!
