Calm and quiet surroundings. Hotel staffs are very accommodating. Parking was very easy plus the cleanliness in and out of the building was excellent. All of this at a very reasonable rate. I’ll be staying here again for sure.

Very nice hotel and staff. Many extras on property such as free tea ceremony, onsen access, a nice small restaurant, free parking. It is a little remote and hard to find but its a great value if you have a car.

A relatively new hotel. The room and ensuite was spacious and they provided cloth bags for the separate onsen spa which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was okay and adequate if you are lazy to head out to eat. This is about 20-30mins from Hui Ten Bosch and we are glad to have come across this hotel.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Especially, I was satisfied with the spa near this hotel. (free) And there is a very good italian restrant near this spa. I really want to come here again.^^*

スタッフの方は皆さんとても親切で丁寧です！午後はお抹茶を立てて頂いて小さいお菓子と召し上がれます。 温泉が徒歩2分にあって無料で何回でも入れます！温泉は最高でした。肌がつるつるになります。 ありがとうございました、是非又行きたいです！

値段の割にとってもよかったですよ。
値段の割にとってもよかったですよ。無料の歩いて1分の温泉は期待しすぎたのかも‥ 無料だからいいんですが、思ったよりも良くなかったって私は思った。サウナはびちゃびちゃで、替えてる感じではなかったし、お湯もぬるめで。外湯は温泉ではないような‥まぁ普通の銭湯寄りの温泉かな 行った時だけだったかもしれないけども‥ ホテルは良いと思いました。

波佐見焼きの窯元巡りを目的に、4度目の滞在でした。お値打ちなホテルですが、清潔感があり、ゆったりしていて、源泉掛け流しの温泉施設を無料で利用できるのは素晴らしいです お茶室でのお抹茶のサービスやフロント、レストランスタッフの方々の対応もとても親切で気持ちよく、また訪れたいです

フロント、レストラン、清掃のスタッフさん何人かお会いしましたが、どなたも対応がとてもよかったので気持ちよく過ごせました。 2泊連泊しましたが、とても居心地が良かったです。 二階建て木造みたいなので音が響くのは仕方がないかなと思います。 それを超える居心地のよさがあるので私はまた利用したいです。 温泉施設湯治樓の無料利用券をいただけるのが嬉しいです。部屋着を着て温泉に行けます。サンダルも借りられるのが良心的！

山の方にありますが、近くにレストランと温泉施設もありとても快適でした。スタッフも皆さん親切丁寧です。部屋の広さも清潔度も私には十分でした。ただ、上の階の音が夜遅くまで響いて少し残念でした。

施設はキレイで、フロントスタッフの対応も丁寧。 大変気持ちよく利用できました。 22時ごろにチェックインしたのですが、周りに 食事できる店は多くないようで、車で10分程度移動してファミレスに行きました（日曜の夜ということもあり、店の選択肢は少なかった。当方の都合・判断なのでホテル側の問題などではありません^^）。 すぐ側の河川敷の桜並木が素晴らしく、春ごろの利用は大変おすすめです。 近くに行く際にはまた利用させてもらいます。
