Good hotel but a little bit far from Sendai.
Good hotel and reasonable price including free breakfast. But it is a little bit far from Sendai. If you have a car and visit Oku-Sendai (Turistic place) or JASDF Matsushima base (Air show), its location is excellent. Just 300m from highway exit of Yamoto IC.

To be honest, this town has limited hotels and I saw both business travellers and families on holiday during breakfast. Shopping and restaurants are just beside the hotel, less then 5 mins walk away

Golden week '21
I was disappointed from the 850 yen 5-minute taxi ride there onwards. I was unaware that it was so far from the train station (it's near a highway so it's more for 1-night highway travelers). The rooms were just one step above a college dorm. Once I saw it I immediately tried to call to cancel my booking to get a better hotel closer to the station (not in this town).

当日予約ができて助かりました。 この金額で2食付きというのは、素晴らしいです。 喫煙所を用意している上に、喫煙できる部屋もあり、自分はとてもありがたかった。 朝食バイキングの種類は多くないが、美味しかったし十分じゃないかな？ 唯一意見あるとしたら、レストランの冷房が効きすぎですごく寒かったです。牛乳はつめたいものしかないのでお腹が下りそうでした。

気楽に利用できる
安くて広そうだったので利用しました。 シングルルームの壁をとって広くしたツインルームだったようで左右にコンパクトなユニットバスがあり便利でした。 シングルベットが２つと、ソファベットがあり広かったです。テーブルがあったらもっと良かった。 ユニットバスのトイレは旧式で便座は冷たくもちろんウォシュレットではありません。フロント近くのトイレにはウォシュレットがあるそうですが、温水のランプが消えていた所は温水が出ず、利用の際は確かめてからの方がいいと思います。故障であれば直すか張り紙で知らせて欲しいです。 駐車場は広いので停めやすく全国各地のナンバープレートがあり見ていて楽しかった。 朝食は無料と思えば満足できるのではないでしょうか。部屋に持ち帰れる紙コップがあったらさらに良かったと思います。 廊下の話し声は控えて欲しいくらい部屋の中まで聞こえました。 寝泊まりに贅沢を求めない人には、この施設はおすすめです。 全国にホテル展開しているようですので気にとめていたいと思います。
