Excellent Pricing Excellent Customer Service on all shifts. Beautifully decorated room Clean room and bathroom My only suggestion which prevented us from giving 5 Stars on comfort was due to the continuous barking of dogs. I would suggest placing all guests with dogs in one area of the hotel and asks guests if they are okay with rooms near dogs that may bark.

The room felt a little crowded & small, but very clean. The hotel is at a very convenient location, closed to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

What a dump!
What a dump! Filthy room, noisy all night long. Paper thin walls. Parking was a jigsaw puzzle. Cracks, worn furniture. The bed was comfortable but I was uneasy sleeping in it. I don’t know what the other reviewers saw. It’s ranked very high on average, but I sure didn’t see it.

Only fault is the laundry service only on machine for wash an one for dry an there both antiques 3xs to dry a 1/2 load literally 4tshirts 4briefs 4socks 1long sleeve t next load was 3pair jeans soap dispenser took my money had go get washing pods an than 4xs in dryer still soaked there hanging over heater in room hope there dry by checkout,,,,,,lastly 100$ deposit for one person yet the floor I'm on smells like dogshit because almost everyone on 2nd floor has multiple dogs in there rooms for real come on

It was a very nice stay. The front desk was kind and helpful. One of the cleaning ladies was a little rude to my daughter and it hurt her feelings, there was no need for that. But other than that it was great.

One of the better hotels for this price.
It was exactly what I expected from a hotel with this price. Clean but not super modern. Things that could do with being refurbished or replaced, but then the price would have been double. The breakfast was adequate but items available on 5 days stay amounted to 9, 8 when the yoghurts were missing one day. The walls are thin which means weekend nights can be noisy. The other nights I was not disturbed at all. A bonus was the staff. I was always greeted with a smile. I travel quite a bit. I've paid twice the price of this hotel and not received such friendliness and courtesy as at this Sleep Inn. Thank you for a nice stay.

My check-in was interrupted several times by a very rude guest. However, the desk clerk managed to keep her cool very nicely, answered the rude's questions, and even apologized to me for the woman's behavior. I asked for a late ckeck-out, and they were able to accommodate me.

One Night at Sleep Inn
I’m still unsure how this hotel had such positive reviews.. My husband and I stayed for one night on December 27th. Upon arriving, we were asked to pay a $50 deposit. We were told the room was non-smoking and our $50 would not be refunded if we smoked in the room. When we walked into the room, we smelled nothing but cigarette smoke. The walls and light switches in the bathroom were yellow due to nicotine. The room was not clean. The floors were dirty and there was hair on the bathroom counter and in the towels. The shower head even fell off while my husband was taking a shower! The only positive things I can say about this hotel are that the bed was comfortable and the AC works well.
