A good one night stay

We only stayed one night. Room was clean. Quiet. Front desk staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast Buffet was limited but adequate. Bed was soft but comfortable.

Staff switched the room type without telling us and we were surprised to have a 1 king bed instead of 2 queens as booked. They didnt even bother telling us and when requested switching the room to original booking they basically said that room type is not guaranteed.

Hotel was ok, however on arrival room was not clean and had to report to reception. Stayed here for 2 nights as arrived late then flew back out a day later. Hotel has a small gym and pool. Breakfast is convenient but nothing to write home about. Metro is 10minute walk, but not too much else around. We caught the metro into Washington which is about an hour but very easy getting in and out.

We love this hotel. Have stayed on all 3 trips to VA in the last year. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast selections. Nice pool and workout room.

Great for a overnight stay for an airport hotel whether departing or arriving. Usual breakfast choices nothing spectacular but enough to keep you going. Room comfortable bathroom facilities okay with hot water etc. Food available at a small bar area ..ie pizza or sandwiches and fries.

Guy that was checking us in was rude. We had an issue with the shuttle. We were told it was in the way in 5 mins then 15 minutes then the guy said he was off duty. Got hung up on. So we caught a taxi that we were told that would be reimbursed for the inconvenience. It was not. After we caught the taxi, we were told the shuttle guy mysteriously showed up to the airport pick up after we were told he was off duty. Just a mess! But overall, the room was great! I would have to think about if I would return.

I stayed here on a Thursday evening, not checking in until almost 11pm. I asked the desk clerk for a late check out (just 1 extra hour) and he said he didn’t think it would be a problem. The next morning I went to breakfast, which was inedible (more on that next) and stopped by the front desk, after calling from my room and having it ring more than 100 times with no answer before I hung up. I still ended up waiting almost 10 minutes for the front desk clerk or anyone to help me. It turns out the clerk was helping to cook breakfast in the kitchen, even though she was the only employee working the front desk, I confirmed with her that I needed a late check out. She flat out refused and was snippy and so rude. There is no excuse for rudeness and also no excuse that I could not have one measly additional hour. At that time I hadn’t even been in the room 12 hours. This hotel needs to hire more people. They are severely understaffed and they should improve their breakfast food. It truly was terrible. I won’t be staying here again especially because there are so many choices close by.

I always stay here when I have an early morning flight because your shuttle is incredibly convenient and I love your park and fly option. This was the first time I also spent a night after returning from my trip so I wouldn’t have to do a 2 1/2 hour drive in the dark. I’m already booked to do that again in June. I have recommended your hotel to others and will continue to do so. Everything was great, but the only thing I was a bit disappointed by was the breakfast which I’ve never had time to have before. I would definitely call it mediocre compared to similar breakfast buffets at best westerns. Decaf coffee would be a nice option and individual containers of yogurt would be helpful. Other than that, it was a great day.
