Not a good stay!

The hotel was not efficient in transporting people to the airport. There was a lack of flexibility causing my group of 52 people to be delayed and stranded at the airport. Rooms were not cleaned, even after requesting that they be cleaned several days. The key cards did not work for the entire group, They had to return to the desk to get the cards to work. Several times both elevators were out of order.

Stayed for just one night. Very conveniently located between Dulles Int’l Airport and the National Air & Space Museum, my sole reason for this trip. Decent breakfast, comfortable bed but a little noisy A/C in my room. Nice staff.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to the behavior of the front desk employee. They were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, they were dismissive and condescending, making the check-in process unnecessarily difficult. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome, and they showed a complete lack of customer service skills.
