It was a quick check in, no wait, the room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. I would’ve preferred a room further away from Elevator where I don’t hear the ding as it arrives. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Room had everything I needed. Clean towels comfortable bed. Very spacious and quiet. Airport pickup and drop off was super convenient. Desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The property is obviously well worn and could do with a major refurbishment but it provided great value for money so you get what you pay for. The only downside, and it was pretty major, and flawed what would have otherwise been a great stay was the AC unit. It was extremely noisy. It looked to be 30 years old and was impossible to control or switch off - the wall controller was unresponsive. It won’t have been a problem if I could have opened the windows, but they were sealed. So I had to sleep with noise-cancelling AirPods and finally earplugs. I’d recommend they invest in replacing those units and I’d stay there again. But probably not otherwise.

Led to Believe breakfast is included. We just got in from Rome and we’re not pleased with the watery oatmeal. we were charged $14 for. And most annoying,hotels.com reservation agent who booked it and two hotel desk clerks believed they changed the name to my name who booked, paid and reconfirmed and whose credit card was used. My name is Nancy Martin. You continue to call me Pamela, traveling partner. No credit for the stay then!

Unlike the Hilton Garden Inn whose shuttle was not available at 10:15pm nor first thing in the morning, this property provides a 24 hour reliable shuttle. This will be our choice in the future, for sure.
