Mi estancia en Fiesta Americana Hermosillo fue tan mala que tuve que irme a otro hotel. Durante 4 días, solo un elevador funcionó parcialmente, obligándonos a usar el elevador de servicio sin ninguna notificación oficial por parte del hotel. La comunicación entre el personal y los departamentos fue inexistente. El servicio a la habitación no estaba disponible, a pesar de que la app de Fiesta Rewards indicaba lo contrario. Esto generó confusión y pérdida de tiempo y dinero que nunca me reembolsaron, nadie se tomó la molestia de resolver. Además, consumir en el restaurante para llevar a la habitación fue una pesadilla, pues no proporcionan charolas ni cubiertos y tienes que cargar tú las cosas a la habitación y por las escaleras, horrible. Las instalaciones de la habitación estaban en pésimas condiciones: la regadera no tenía cortina y provocaba inundaciones; el aire acondicionado era ruidoso y vibraba toda las rejillas; la alfombra estaba manchada y sucia por lo que parecía mancha de sangre de casi un metro de diámetro; la televisión tenía una señal defectuosa y el teléfono solo funcionaba en altavoz. La única persona que destacó fue Zuleika, la camarista, quien improvisó soluciones ante la falta de respuesta del departamento de mantenimiento. Esta experiencia, sumada a previas en Mérida, Obregón y CDMX, confirma un deterioro generalizado en Grupo Posadas. No volveré a hospedarme en sus hoteles hasta que demuestren un compromiso real con el servicio y mantenimiento.

I booked in this hotel to rest from my trip. I was very frustrated cause this bar was very loud within the hotel facilities and the noise was really high. I slept only 3 hours that night. I do not recommend this hotel if you want to get a proper rest.

Had to take freight elevator multiple times due to elevator being out of order and unfixed for multiple days. Unfortunately had to climb a flight of stairs one level to do this with a bad knee. Also air conditioning smelled like mold when blowing cold air. Stains on and all over the carpets in room and black mold in shower. Cleaning staff was good and friendly and seemed to do the best they could with what they had to work with. Poor experience in the bar with inattentive staff who seemed almost bothered when trying to order beverages. The Sonora Grill restaurant in the hotel had good food but again terrible service. By the server. Most likely will look for other accommodations when in Hermosillo again.
