The stay was as expected for the value and cost. Breakfast was pastries and nothing more, bed was comfortable. overall, a good experience. Nothing negative, not spectacular, I would stay here again.

We came to grove city outlets from Canada and the location was great, it was clean , breakfast was lacking but overall good value

The hotel was a little dated but clean. The staff were so friendly and attentive. My daughter was having so much fun in the pool that the gentleman at the front desk offered to keep the pool open past closing time. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a nice clean hotel that allows pets. It felt like a quiet place where I was safe to park my car during my stay. I recommend "Blackout Burger Bar" for good food nearby.

The property was extremely clean, I was very impressed. The staff was gracious. There was someone cooking food in their room on the 2nd floor that stunk up the whole place. We were looking forward to breakfast, got up early, and went down to eat. There were a few prepackaged pastries and a loaf of white bread for toast. There were 2 kinds of dry cereal and green bananas. No butter for the toast, no cranberry juice in the juice machine...only guava juice out of 4 options. Plus, most of the coffee creamers were spoiled and out of date.

Breakfast was a disappointment never replenished and juice was watered down. Only hot option was a frozen sandwich you needed to heat up. No water pressure in bathroom sink. Room was dusty around the walls and behind furniture.

Very clean and super comfortable beds. The coffee bar 24 hours was nice. For you who read this and smoke please use the many ash trays provided it is a none smoking hotel but they provide smoking areas outside with ashtrays USE THEM.
