A very nice hotel next to town centre. Thhe rooms are clean and well looked after. The staff are absolutely amazing and would try and help with any query you have! Food is delicious (we had dinners in a la carte restaurant a few times and all were a hit). Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Iraklio - for tourism or business.

Very nice hotel , well maintained in good location within walking distance to city centre and other attractions. The hotel maintained vety good hygeine practices including hand sanitisers around hotel areas and on each table which was good to see. This was a large traditional hotel. There was a buffet breakfast and all the food was delicious. Our room was nice but the bathroom could use some updates. The shower got the bathroom floor all wet despite my efforts to prevent it. Lots of dining options nearby but the shopping area was a bit of a walk away.

We booked this property the night before flying out, due to the proximity to the airport. Upon arrival, we had a great welcome by the ladies at the front desk, who were able to check us in an hour early, and even provided a room upgrade. They were kind, efficient, and professional.
