Not pet friendly!!
We booked this hotel as it said it was pet friendly and we were traveling with dogs. When we arrived we were then told there was a $20 per dog fee. And there was also a note posted at checkout that dogs could not be left alone in rooms. We were there for a family memorial service!

it took almost 2 hours for them to get my team checked in. A lot of confusion. My team travel over 4 hours to have to wait that long to check in. They were frustrated because they made them wait and helped multiple costumers. They were ready to get in their rooms.

The room baseboard and doors were dirty, and it was a guest that lived on property was very loud and kept slamming doors all night didn’t get no good sleep. When we arrived he was walking around w/no shirt on. Front desk was nice but other staff sitting on his phone should have helped out the other staff, line for check in was backed up.

We staying this hotel for quick rest on the way road trip, off road highway convince hotel is still construction for renew but only sleep for pay inexpensive. From NY to back GA was too long I recommend good place to saying safe with family trip
