Great location. Great staff.

The man who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. Thr kettle didn't work or the room phone . I popped to reception and thr same young man sorted a new kettle. Extra milks. Breakfast was excellent Thank you for a lovely stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful, good breakfast. Rooms were clean but need a little bit of attention, carpet was stained for example but thats the only little niggle, otherwise great stay and would definatly use again

Staff were very friendly, bedroom was already made up and ready for us when we arrived. Nice and quiet we hardly hear any other people walking around. This is our 2nd stay and afer the first time we stayed i recommend to family and friends. Breakfast is lovely and a great selection. Nothing is too much trouble.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great parking and proximity to the train. Only complaint is the fan wasn’t working in the room, which led to some stuffy sleeps. One of the lightbulbs kept flickering as well so I had to remove it myself until I left. There was also a large family with multiple children running, screaming, and stomping at various hours with no regard given from the parents. Not a hotel issue but wanted to make note. Otherwise a pleasant experience, would stay here again.

Always seem to stay on the third floor. This will probably be the last time staying at this particular holiday inn simply down to the comfort of the beds. They're not really comfortable. The staff we've spoke to are great, the breakfast is good, sometimes the apple juice is a bit too strong but not really a game changer for us.

Excellent choice for WB Studios

Very pleasant stay, excellent value for money and convenient for WB Studio Tour. Nice situation within short walk of a pub and a couple of restaurants on the other side of the canal. Staff were wonderful.

Great place to stop. Train link very close to get to Euston ( Apsley) literally 2 minutes walk. Great service and really good breakfast. Only thing and this is a personal preference- in that I found both pillows hard - so maybe one of them could be softer. Otherwise I’d definitely stay here again. Rooms clean and not dated.
