The room, bath and balcony were wonderful, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options.
However, our dinner experience at the restaurant was less satisfactory. Although the food quality was excellent, the ambiance was disrupted by preparations for the next morning's breakfast service, which began as early as 8:30 PM. Our table was situated directly opposite the waiters' workstation, where the collection of cutlery and plates created noticeable noise. This activity, particularly in a quiet restaurant, detracted from the dining atmosphere and made it difficult to relax. Additionally, while there were salt mills on the table, there was no separate provision for pepper; surprisingly, pepper was provided from a mill labeled "salt," which added to the confusion.
Furthermore, we encountered issues in the bathroom, where we were unable to use the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel due to the incorrect installation of the holders. This inconvenience affected the overall experience.
Overall, while the stay had its highlights, improvements in both the dining experience and bathroom amenities would enhance guest satisfaction.
