I booked 2 rooms and I was suppose to pay for one and my friend was paying for hers… I got charged for both of them and the rooms were suppose to be the same price and it charged two different prices… the girl couldn’t figure it out at the desk so I said just forget about it and paid the extra amount

Great stay at the Best Western
My stay at the Best Western in Capitol Hill was really good. The front lady Kristen did a really good job getting me checked in. This stay was pleasant, it was really quiet around that area and it was in close proximity to a Safeway in various other amenities. Made it a easy walk for food and amenities without having to drive everywhere. I was pleased with my stay. The pillows they used were really soft. Ty

Great service, terrible noise/construction
The customer service was EXCELLENT, but there was terrible construction happening on both sides of our room. In the hall they were hanging up frames and decorations and hammering so loud, and on the outside on our window they were drilling some metal on for hours. All of which was extremely disruptive to our stay.

There was no body wash in the shower (empty), the tv didn't work on many channels, very low water pressure in the shower. Quite disappointed since this was a Best Western. I thought they were higher quality.
