Overall the stay was comfortable, but the property inside and out was untidy. The smallish exercise room had not had the water dispenser changed and had an empty jug as well as no towels in the towel area. Staff were pleasant, parking lot has one way in and out, so check-ins block your access temporarily. Included breakfast was basic but filling. A plus is the beds were comfortable, however horrible shower. Undecided on future stays.

Unfortunately the pool was out of service the weekend we stayed but an employee called us before hand and let us know incase we wanted to cancel our reservation. I appreciate that call and when I checked in the same employee was working and he was a joy to work with. It is hard to find good customer service. So good job and thank you Baymont employees!

The hotel was clean on the inside but the outside grounds were dirty. The rooms were old but clean and comfortable. The biggest issues was that my room had an adjoining door and I could hear every word my neighbors said. It kept me awake.

Not as expected.

I have stayed here before, but never brought my dog. The downgrade in the quality of room was very apparent. All other rooms have been remodeled and have new hardwood type flooring. This room had carpeting (??) The bathrooms in other rooms have been updated, but mine had not. I paid more to bring my dog, but my room was definitely a downgrade.
