The hotel was very clean staff was friendly and it was walking distance to every thing. Our room was nice and clean loved having a jacuzzi in the room. The mattress was just too hard but otherwise would come back to stay here again. The breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful hotel right near the town

Very nice hotel in excellent placement to downtown Helen. The property is in great condition, the breakfast is hot and offers eggs, bacon, biscuits, waffles, fruit, cereal, and muffins. Hot coffee and various juices. The city park is directly behind the hotel on the river. Beautiful area

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower curtain needs either replaced or cleaned. It was orange at the bottom. It had snowed/iced and no attempt had been made to clear the parking lot so it was very slippery. Some of the sidewalks were partially cleared. Breakfast was actually good. We don’t usually eat hotel breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
