Great friendly service with home feeling
The service was fantastic. Justin did a great job checking us in and was very professional. The power flickered and the staff quickly knocked on the door to make sure the power was back on. They also brought us towels as soon as we asked for them. The breakfast was pretty good with many options and was consistently supplied. They were also very accommodating and flexible letting us check out a bit later as well as allowing us to leave our vehicle there while we went hiking. My only suggestion for improvement/criticism would be the ac/heaters. Ours had a lot of accumulated dust which I cleaned out. These should be cleaned monthly as it affects the air quality in the room as well as your sleep. Other than that the hotel provided a nice homey feeling for our getaway. Thank you!

Been in worse, but not impressed
Basics were good: hot water, clean sheets, working tv; however, we noticed after a few days that our window pane had moldy corners and the window and panel were wet. We had to turn off the heater/ac because it was way too loud. The room itself was really hot, even after we turned off the heat. It didn't appear that other rooms had the same issue. I guess you get what you pay for.

This days in my Windham property was convenient and close to everything but far enough away to have some quiet time. If you're there in the summer, it's right next door to the water park. I have a physical disability, so a roomy bathroom was a plus. The staff was excellent.
