A lovely traditional hotel and restaurant

We stopped here for a night travelling through Germany and we had an evening meal at the restaurant. The food was traditional German food but the quality was above average and perfect for what we needed. Very good breakfast. The rooms are traditional but part of the charm. Lovely spacious bathroom. Free parking right outside the hotel. And we were upgraded 😁 Would definitely stay again mostly due to convenience - close to the A8 and the food.

Nice room

Reception lady quite rude. Wi-Fi would not work despite request to help. Room very comfortable with lots of windows to open. Bed quilts too hot for summer with no alternative.

Convenient stopover

Lovely hotel in pretty village with easy access to A8 motorway and close to Stuttgart. Friendly and helpful staff, they upgraded our room. Breakfast very good. Restaurant also on site and excellent quality.

Overnight stay

Excellent hotel, very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Typical of the area and first class service and food. it was an overnight stay on our way to Austria and met all our requirements. Very good staff and management. I will stay there again.

Everything was perfect. So easy and clise to and from the A8 but you would think you were in another world. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. We also had our evening meal there, which was excellent.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is only a short distance from the A8 motorway but you could be a world away. The village it is in was very nice with a few choices of places to eat to suit different tastes. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was not very big but perfectly adequate and immaculately clean. We ate in the hotel restaurant, the food was excellent and the staff very pleasant. The breakfast was also very good.

Perfect stay but ....

Stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks on a business trip and it is the perfect place when longer than usual stay is needed. Perfect service, very clean and comfy room, good breakfast with very good schwabian style dinner, perfect value for the costs. One thing that made me unhappy was that I had to cut my trip short by 1 day due to international flight rescheduled (bad weather in Canada) but the lady at the reception still charged one more night, perhaps some flexibility and understanding should have been shown as the final bill was close to 2.000 euro ... return customer is always a good policy to keep in mind.
