The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star was the fact that the WiFi was extremely patchy hopefully they correct it

This hotel is fairly new. Great service. We got lucky and found free parking right outside the hotel. For some reason Germany does not believe in air-conditioning, so we had to open the window. It was very noisy outside so did not sleep well.

Brand new hotel with natural growing pains
we stayed on day 5 of the hotel's opening week and to be fair, everything seemed new including the staff and rooms. I didn't know that the parking garage had a 15 Eur/day charge, which was worth it but a shock since it wasn't advertised. And the staff wasn't sure if we could even use it as we were the 2nd car to park there. The breakfast was good and included in the cost (a big plus for us!)

Modernes Hotel mit mittelmäßigem Frühstück
Das Hotel hat eine gute zentrale Lage mit modernen, bequemen Zimmern. In der öffentlichen Tiefgarage direkt daneben gibt es einen Hotel-Rabatt. Sehr freundliches Empfangspersonal. Das Frühstück hat nicht die Erwartungen erfüllt. Keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre, kein Genuss. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe sind es viel zu wenige Sitzplätze im Frühstücksraum, obwohl man 20 cm neben den Nachbartischen sitzt. Am Buffet Warteschlangen und die Menschen treten sich auf die Füße. Die Auswahl und Qualität einiger Lebensmittel sollte besser sein. Rührei aus der Großpackung, Spiegelei gibt es nicht. Für ein schönes Frühstück hätte ich gerne mehr bezahlt.

Excelent service and new hotel!
The hotel service and overall treatment was perfect. We made a mistake and double booked two rooms.. after a long exauting roadtrip the online booking failed, well a Long story short, the reception manager gave us a full refund of the two rooms we booked by mistake… and excellent service and treatment. the hotel looks and feels brand new! Nice bed, soft linnen and clean spacy rooms. Breakfast buffet was included and well selected. I Can only recomend this hotel!
