Wonderful and Convenient
Beautiful hotel! We were very surprised at how nice it is! The room was huge and even had a walk in closet. They provided lovely full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion etc. I don’t usually like hotel products but these were delightful. They even had robes and slippers. The location is steps away from the train station which was very convenient for traveling by public transportation 100%. There wasn’t a balcony but there were doors that opened like a balcony with a safety wall. It let in lots of fresh air, you just couldn’t walk out. It was also very clean and fresh, beds are comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Everythig was okay except for the billing experience. They billed me before arrival for authorization, then billed me again at arrival for authorization, and then finally when checking out, billed me once more. This created a lot of confusion and worry for me that I would actually be charged twice or three times for the stay. Even though I paid for breakfast for all of the days I was there, they didn't have my name on the list and I had to go through the explanation each morning. The billing for breakfast is also weird, which might create problems later with reimbursement from my business. Finally, at checkout I was asked whether I had eaten a specific item from the minifridge, which I had not.

Ett otroligt bra och prisvärt hotell i Heidelberg. Mer eller mindre alldeles nytt hotell med trevlig personal. Frukosten var den bästa vi ätit på väldigt länge!!

Es ist ein Neubau. Gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs, man ist schnell beim ÖV, Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auch kulinarisch wird man verwöhnt. Ein ausgesprochenes und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Das Hotel ist sehr elegant, sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Besonders der großzügige Saunabereich sowie der Restaurant- und Barbereich mit einem schönen Ausblick überzeugen. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal haben zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt beigetragen. Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt an der Bahnlinie, aber das stört die Nachtruhe nicht. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist durch den ÖPNV sehr gut, das Parken im Hotelparkhaus dagegen recht teuer. Die gesamte Umgebung des Hotels befindet sich noch im Bau, dies ist der einzige kleine Abzugspunkt.
