Utmärkt hotell i hjärtat av Hedemora. Fick en svit vilket höjde upplevelsen. Tyst och lugnt läge. Rent och fräscht. Vi kommer tillbaka när restaurangen öppnar.

Möggel lukt möter oss redan vid incheckningen. Rummet luktar lika illa, får sova med fönstret öppet så att man kan andas. Tolettstolen är full av främmande växtlighet under ringen. Frukosten är ej framdukad och färdig serverad kl. 08.00. Kommer upp till frukost vid 08.45 och får höra av andra gäster att dem ringt och efterlyst personalen! Ingen i receptionen så att man kan klaga vid utcheckning.
