Stayed at this location a couple of times. Its been clean, quiet and the staff has always been friendly! LOVE the hot tub and the pool.

The free breakfast is a joke/terrible. Great if you only like fruit loops. Other guests were talking about going to the gas station across the street for coffee as opposed to drinking the warm water being served as coffee. Stay somewhere else.

The only thing i did not like was the breakfast. Coffee was weak. The milk smelled sour with chunks on The spout. And waffles were not mixed correctly.

Newer motel, appeared to be clean, soft and comfortable bed; however only 1 washcloth, 1 coffee cup looked used, and bathroom floor was sticky. Hopefully an oversi!

Friendly front staff and clean rooms. Dog friendly is always a plus. Only draw back was I was expecting something more for the "grab and go" bkfast which was non-existent. Other wise a solid 4 outta 5

The first room was not clean there was hair in the bed. We asked for another room it was worse and smelled horrible. When we asked to have the room cleaned no one was there from housekeeping so we asked for new bedding. The breakfast was not what is expected, not meat no eggs just waffles cereal and bagels with nothing but bitter watered down syrup and butter. I have had way better

Good overnight stay for trip
Overall check in was easy good parking area for our camper. Morning breakfast was a little weak and had to wait for coffee. Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful. Good overnight stay and beds were comfortable.

Hey man possibly without any brains started up a chainsaw in front of the hotel to trim the hotel's tree at 7:00 in the morning. The trimming project lasted 45 minutes I can't believe he didn't wake up everybody in the hotel.

Checked in and went to our room. Towel rack was laying on the toilet and major drip from ceiling. Moved to another room. Tub and fold down in tub - black mold/grime around hinges. Next morning no juice and not much breakfast food. Not the best

Excellent Stay
The check-in process took less than 5 minutes at most. Very friendly customer service during check-in and check out. The room was clean, nice, and tidy. Don't let that it's an older hotel persway you. Breakfast in the am was fresh, hot, and delicious! No complaints at all!

Felt like the property was unclean. Hair in bed, threadbare sheets that looked slept in, musty smell, etc. People should consider paying a little more and finding a cleaner space. The area also has almost nothing to it. Post up in Hays instead.
