My children’s room was smoky, they should have been told that it was a smoking room. Thursday night was not crowded at all, but they still gave them a smoky room, THAT IS HORRIBLE! Staff at check-in were immature and not satisfying to customer, young man and young lady.

Never again!
This hotel is in poor shape. It needs a complete overhaul and update. The lobby was dark and had a bizarre navigation to the front desk. In the room, the tv was not connecting to any network, and the bathtub and sink had some weird hardened substance smeared on it. The bed was comfortable, but only when I wasn’t woken up suddenly by loud people in the hallway at 2am. Overall, I would stay somewhere else next time. The staff was friendly however.

When we got i to our room, the temperture was set at 55 degrees with the A/C blasting in the room. This hotel has seen better days.

Room keys did not work, had to go back to front desk - not a big deal. However, room smelled of urine, bathroom smelled of sewage and there were blood stains in the corner of mattress upon routine check for bed bugs. We left and found another hotel 20 minutes away.
