Was not informed by booking site that pets were not allowed. Never had Wyndham hotels not accept our small Yorkie. We were basically kick out of our room after first night. Staff was not pleasant and made a huge issue, even asking us to put our dog in the hot car while we packed our belongings. Not happening! Hotel in dire need of remodel to remove old soiled carpet and furnishing updates. Did not reflect photos shown on website. No more Microtel for us.

We paid for a queen sized bed and we were given a double. I didn't complain to the hotel staff. I'm sure they would have corrected the situation if I had.

Work had me in the area for several days and I stayed here twice. Best price around. Clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but I they recommend. Breakfast is continental with microwave breakfast sandwiches, pancake maker, toast, cereal, muffins. But if breakfast is your thing, there are lots of places in the Burg for that. Will be my go to place from now on.

If you are on a tight budget but looking for a hotel that is clean and safe, this is the one. There's a strong presence of staff members and management at all time. I stayed for four nights and every day that I came back to my room, it was clean and the bed was made. Breakfast items included pancakes, sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, oatmeal, cereal, grits, muffins, and yogurt- everything for a complete and wholesome breakfast. The also have all the free soda you can drink 24/7. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with this hotel whether it be business or pleasure. I had a very good experience and will return it I'm ever in the area again.

Very Inexpensive
The rooms were very clean. However, one room smelled old as if it had not been used for a while. One of my sisters had a flying cockroach in her room. Another sister was bitten on the face by a bed bug and there ants in my room. The staff was very helpful, accommodating, and courteous. They helped carry the luggage up the stairs since the elevator was down due to a parts delay.

The Hotel had a nice variety of choices for breakfast the bedroom was very nice in the bed slept very comfortable the bathroom was clean although I was not able to get the temperature control at a time where I wanted it at most of my surveys I gave them a five points
