The hotel room itself wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t terrible. Some minor water stains on the ceiling, no big deal. The dayshift staff was very pleasant. However when we arrived a little after 3 there was no receptionist in sight. We rang the bell, we called, no answer. We waited until 5:30 am to see the receptionist come from upstairs, he was likely asleep in a room. After driving 10 hours, waiting over 2 hours to check in was not ideal.

There were roaches everywhere and I killed roaches all night. I didn’t sign up for the money refund plan that Expedia offered … if I were to encounter any problems 😭 so I slept it out. NEVER EVER STAY HERE 😡 IT IS NASTY 😡 The refrigerator made this terrible noise and the Bathtub dripped loud all night.

There were people staying in the room that shouldn’t have been in the room. Was not able to get in my room because someone was in it and the front desk clerk did nothing to accommodate. Men were standing in the hallway could hardly pass by them said excuse me they never moved. Desk clerk Kissifur said it was not her problem she only worked the weekends and it was nothing she could do.

Unfortunately, no rooms were available upon our arrival, despite having a reservation. The receptionist was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience of having to cancel our reservation due to the lack of available rooms.

Absolutely disgusting hotel, smelled horrible and worse the heater didn’t work, we were freezing, coffee maker did not work either, I will never stay at this nasty hotel again.

I wouldn’t stay again

The room is outdated and smells “wet” . It’s not worth the money. It was a cheap hotel and i feel like it was a motel that prostitution happens. Very scary looking. For breakfast they only had bread.

There actually wasnt anything we enjoyed about the hotel. We were expecting a nice room with a big tub in the room but what we received was NOTHING like what was advertised. The smell of weed took over as we walked to our room. We are very unsatisfied......
