Two of the exterior door card readers were out of order. Guests have to walk around the building to main entrance.

Hotel was in a great area. Safe, right off highway, and plenty of food options. Staff was extremely courteous. Breakfast included a hot item and a lot of other "to go" options, such as yougurt, waffles, lots of pasto, and cereal. Room was very spacious. Cleanliness was the only thing I wouldn't rate a 10 since the bathroom was a but outdated. But there were no bugs anywhere in the hotel.

Staff was very nice. The room was clean but not in good shape. The curtains were shredded and the furniture was beat up. The shower rod and other metal surfaces in the bathroom were rusted. Room served its purpose for a one night stay, so it was fine. Just needs some fixes/updates to some things in the room we had.

The hotel was very nice the guest services girl was very polite and pleasant had a little issue with their server but she was very professional. The show did have very little water pressure and doesn’t get very hot but over all a good stay
