Nice stay, handicap room
The hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a handicap room that was a tub with a foldable bench seat instead of a walk-in shower. Also the room was on the top floor at the end of the hall farthest away from elevator. Not an issue for us but might be for some.

While the bed and the room provided a fine stay, the bathrooms in these hotels are woeful. The shower almost looked like it was in the process of being remodeled. There was nowhere to put soap or shampoo, the shower floor was disgusting and the water ran for 5 min on low pressure until it just stopped altogether. I asked for a different room on two separate occasions and was told no. They came to “fix” the shower once and it didn’t work. Otherwise was a solid place but they should invest in the bathrooms heavily.

It took an hour to take a bath bc the water pressure was low for 4 whole days. The staff did not inform me and the issue was not resolved during my stay. Oan, the breakfast was great with variety and the rooms were very clean. I also love the decor.

This was a nice hotel for the price, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the one problem we had was with the water pressure. For some reason, the water pressure started getting low ,and then the showers would stop working altogether. They resolved the issue eventually but took so long to do so.

I was initially placed in Room 202, which had a weird smell, but I chose to ignore it because I was exhausted from an 8 hour drive. My son and I were awakened by roaches crawling on us in our beds. We were then moved to Room 325. No roaches, but the shower's water pressure was non-existent. The small stream of water that did flow was ice cold. Horrible experience!! I will NEVER stay at this property again, and I suggest no one else does either.

Wish we could have closed the curtains, they are bolted to the track that prevents them from closing. This was not helpful since cars parked in the Wendy’s parking lot all night and morning shining lights right into our room.

Overall, a convenient and quiet place to overnight. There was a minor maintenance problem in my room: There was no soap dish or shelf in the shower. So soap/shampoo had to be put on the shower floor and picked up each time.
