Very disappointed with this property, the young lady at the front was great, however the cabin was dirty, smelly, dark and awful bed. The bathtub has been painted…great trip to Banff and Lake Louise the accommodation was not…..would not recommend or return!!

Great place to stay and owner is in friendly and humble definitely staying here next time
We arrived at 6 pm attendant did have to come back to give us our key
We went into the cabin with utter disappointment! Dark dingy and the 2 bedrooms had no doors for privacy !
Beds both up against a wall which made it very difficult for nighttime bathroom calls
Opened up the hideabed Terrible springs poking out every where but because of bed placement I had to use
We did not use the kitchen so can’t comment on that
Fridge was nice to have to put our drinks in while we were there
It was decent enough, not fancy but has everything you need in there. Very cozy and bit old-fashioned in a good way. Will definetely come back with my cat as it’s pet-friendly.
Frustrating check in. We were told the office was open from 1600. We arrived after then and the staff werent in the office. There was a phone number we could ring but we are travelling and didnt have mobike phone coverage so couldnt ring the number. We eventually had to go knock on motel room doors to find the staff member. Then check in took awhile as their appeared to be a language barrier.
Disappointed with the cabin. Very small especially the bathroom. The shower taps very hard to turn on or off and dripped. We did advise staff but didnt appear to have been fixed despite saying they would fix it.
Photos of cabin were very deceptive and we felt that it was outrageously expensive for what we had.

Decent little cabin. It would be a nice place to stay for a couple of days and visit the nearby mountains. It has a small kitchenette, so you can make meals instead of having to eat out. The area was very quiet. If you want coffee or tea in the morning, bring your own.
It had a beautiful view. The owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Very convenient spot for driving to our trip activities. Would recommend rather than being kept up in a hotel a cozy little cabin was exactly what we needed on our long road trip
These little cabins are so cute. I was a bit worried when i booked and we brought our own dishes, some blankets, all the toiletries and towels but everything was there. We were very pleased and will definitely go back. Our cabin had a little deck where we could safely watch the elk in the morning as they ate the grass and trees in front. The mountain view is amazing too.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Cute rustic lodging near Canmore and the Banff park gate. Great for a quick night or two stay, but don’t expect anything spectacular. Good value.
Such an amazing, quaint, and cozy place to stay for a night, or more! The property faces the beautiful mountain view, and the staffs were so helpful with any questions I had! Would definitely go again!
When we arrived the desk clerk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, he offered us the choice between a cabin closer to the highway with a better view or a cabin further off the highway. The cabin itself was quite small but very cute. Shaper was a bit rudimentary; the hot water valve had to be shut off when not in use or it would leak. There were fire pits at each cabin as well as communal barbecues the anyone could use. The cabin had both a wood fire stove and electric heating.
