An excellent place to stay if you need to catch a plane early the next day. Staff is accommodating it's a very clean well-kept facility. Checking in and out was quick can efficient.

Everything was great. The only disappointment was the Cloud Nine Lounge. Service was great, but I ordered Lobster Roll (it was excellent) for $26 and my wife ordered the Lobster Spaghetti for $35 and there was VERY little lobster meat. For $5 more we could have had 2 orders of lobster roll AND split a crab cake. Mentioned to waitress, apologies, no more.

Only disappointment was that there was no late dining options. Connected to an airport and for those of us traveling all hours would it have been nice to be able to get some type of food service in the evening.

Hotel is very dated and service is terrible. No politeness or kindness. Super early on the morning housekeeping bangs on doors trying to keep rooms and she wakes you up as she is yelling and knocking. Put sign on door. It's convenient yo stay here but nothing more than that. A room to crash for one night. Super loud air conditioning !!! I had to turn it off.
