We did not like that they called my room at 11pm. When we did not answer they knocked once and then because we did not get to the door quickly they attempted to enter our room. It was 11 pm, woke us up out of a sleep. They wanted to know our name. We did not go back to sleep after that Because we were concerned for our safety.

For the price charged the rooms did not look as advertised by 3rd party . Crib could not be offered with a room with 2 double beds, although booking was confirmed for 2 adult 2 children under 12 an infant .

I stayed for 6 days and had to call down several times for them to clean my room but they couldn’t communicate with the cleaning staff because they didn’t speak English. Then trying to sleep was horrible the upstairs guest would stomp their feet from 11pm, 3am and 6am and then by the time i did fall asleep you had the cleaners going in and out of rooms and they would put the lock thing out so the door wouldn’t shut and you would just hear that slam from 10am-4pm not worth the money. And all the surrounding restaurants are all run down and food was terrible, the breakfast they offer is horrible as well

Charges for service animals and rude manager
We were very disappointed with this hotel stay. They tried to say we had three dogs when we only had two service dogs. And they insisted on charging us for our service dogs unless we show our paperwork which is illegal to ask for our paperwork or the reason why for our service animals. I will not go to this place again. Our next hotel stay at a different Hotel was much nicer. They did not charge us for our service dogs or ask for our paperwork. The manager was very rude.

Staff was Friendly and Helpful. No bar or Restaurant within property so had to travel 1/2 mile for food, but they shuttled us for free. Room was super clean, beds very comfy. Everything worked in room, top-notch!

Very Comfortable One Night Stay
My wife and I stayed for one night at La Quinta due to an early plane reservation the next morning. We found the stay very comfortable with a coffee maker, refrigerator, comfy bed, AC, nice shower, and friendly staff. There’s a shuttle to the airport if needed and continual coffee in the lobby.
