We didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised at how quiet, clean, and comfortable this property is. The check in staff were pleasant, everything was spotless, and the breakfast was very good, especially those cinnamon rolls! Yum! Next time we're thru this area, we'll be stopping here again.

Convenient location. Close to restaurants, gas station and shopping area. Rooms smelled like smoke. We asked for a change but still same issue. Not sure if it was due to someone smoking at back of property. I have never experienced this before. Breakfast was good with fruit, cereal and bread etc.

Front desk staff was great. There was an issue with noisy children, which they could only do so much about, but I at least felt heard and it was solved quickly and to the best of their ability.

I would like to start off by saying this is my fourth time staying at this location, and it may be my last time! One of the main issues I faced was small ants crawling on the bed and tables. I am not sure if it was the previous people who rented this room and dropped crumbs but I had to stand up and grab ants with a tissue all night. They were crawling all over the comforter and tv which made it distracting. This was my favorite hotel to stay at when I feel like I need a break from my office job since it gives me peace and quiet time. But I heard everyone around me showering and it was as if they were in the same room as me. I didn’t bother the workers because I had to wake up for an early meeting but I just hope somebody can make it right for me so I can potentially give this hotel another chance.

Booked a non-smoking room but there was a clear odour of smoke in the room. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms too. The pool hours are not very convenient compared to other hotels (8-8). A lot of breakfast items were unavailable or out of order. Decent beds, good water pressure.

Nice solo staycation
The room was nice and clean. Front desk was accommodating. Breakfast was decent for complementary. 1 minute from Queen St—a long strip of restaurants and shopping spots. Would definitely visit again.
