The room was clean, but the bathroom sink wasn’t working properly. Parking was difficult to navigate. I asked a parking attendant about hotel parking and he refused to speak—just pointed in the direction of the elevator. Very unprofessional. Outdated tv tech. I will not return.

Nice clean room with easy access from parking garage. The skywalk to the XL Center is excellent! There could be more signs in the parking garage. Some confusion after parking my car. A great place to stay and I plan on coming back.

Food within the hotel ‘herb N kitchen’ was horrible. Over priced and not necessarily fresh. Pool not working. :(

Awful

Awful experience. We checked in at 6pm and were told there was no room ready for us. A few minutes later we were told a room was now available. Room 1001. The tv wasn’t working, the phone wasn’t working, and the shower door was broken. I was told by the reception agent that the hotel was “overbooked.” Clearly, they gave us a room that wasn’t supposed to be used. To say we are angry is an understatement.

Was not told that the pool was under construction and was also not told about the parking at the hotel NOT being included with your stay. Only stayed one night and had to call for shampoo and conditioner.
