Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The room was dirty. I changed rooms three times and they all were consistently dirty. I ended up using Marriott's vacuum cleaner to clean my own room. Also, there was a lot of miscommunication between their own staff about my reservation and this required many phone calls and time in the lobby. They didn't seem to fully understand the booking software?
