Booked a room here for the listed amenities. None of the amenities were available. Room was clean & had some updating. Public areas needed some cleaning. Good location, decent value. Place could use some work. I'd stay there again if the price is right.

Horror hotel
1st off upon entering the outside of the building was dirty walked into the main lobby. The floors were dirty the counter was disgusting. The attendant was rude. I asked to cancel my room because of the sight when I walked in and then to the fact that they had a typed up note saying the pool was closed. The attendant then tells me I can’t cancel my room if I did then I would loose my money so I had no choice but stay. Went to the elevator one was broken the other only the only had the number 2 button the other buttons were broke. Finally made it to the room. Oh my God. It smelled like cigarettes, the ac was left on so it was freezing cold. The bathroom had dirty towels on the floor. The toilet over flowed and the shower was leaking. This hotel looked like something off of a horror movie or a squatter building. I would never recommend no one to stay there. And don’t even try to ask to speak to a manager they must don’t work because there was none there to complain too.

All went well nice staff . I was attending a function at Convention Center nearby . Pool was closed , it is summer so not a time for that . One of my pillow cases had mascara or something black on it at check in . The front desk when I called down said house keeping not there and that’s it no options. Needless to say I didn’t sleep on the pillows.

They do not even mow the grass. Mosquitos are horrible when trying to get to room. Daytime desk person is rude and unfriendly. If just working stay. If you have family stay away

Worst Hotel Ever
This was the absolute worst hotel I've stayed in my entire life. I'm 66! Asked front desk multiple times to clean room, offer items we were out of, and other things. NEVER got anything. Finally I was rude and the lady was shocked. Finally after 5 days; of a 7 day stay, we got our room cleaned but nothing else. No apologies, nothing! I can't believe they are still in business. Room when we got there was filthy. In need to upkeep, like painting and stuff. TP was down to nothing when we arrived. I took some off the maid cart...seemed the only way to get what was needed.

Shameful! Good location, has potential to be better. Very, very dirty rooms. Made me think of crime movie scenes where law enforcement officials rush in knocking down doors spewing gas and bullets. Owners should sink funds into replacing flooring, rugs, wall paper, mattresses, linen including total bathroom renovations. One elevator main floor button was missing relegating use to one elevator. Same elevator was able to reach basement (which should be locked off because the floor is pitch black when the doors open, clearly a safety hazard and concern to young children and adolescents mischief) Surrounding area is decent, somewhat residential, near highway exits, Walmart, Shop N Stop, multiple restaurants all very close by; along with two gas stations directly near property. Selected this hotel due to surrounding area and proximity to our venue.

My stay here was “okay”. Front desk was pleasant. I feel like the hotel period just needs a makeover ! Everything seems outdated. The tub had mold around it. Carpet had stains. Sheets had a little stains. Buttt I won’t lie I slept comfortable, it was peaceful . The a/c works great.
