There were bugs all over the bathroom, the sheets and carpet were flithy... the bottoms of my socks came up black, the pool was hardly ever open, the tv volume doesnt work, the ceiling in shower was too low, and the whole facility smells like cigarettes.

I see roaches in my room and bath no clean. The manager ofer poor breakfast and the personal is very nice but the manager yelling and the family of manager work prepare the eggs and breakfast no clean. Recicle the glove ect. Never i go egain to this hotel.

This property was terrible. The hotel was under construction so walking through the hallways you had to dodge people working on rooms. The carpets in the hallways were dirty with stains everywhere. I had to ask for toilet paper and towels for the room. My room was not cleaned during the three days I stayed there. The breakfast was a joke. When I arrived to breakfast they had three pieces of eggs and two pieces of sausage. They only had orange juice and lemonade no apple juice. They had waffles and when I made one and looked for syrup there was no syrup. When I asked for syrup I was told they didn’t have any but they had butter. I will not be staying there again. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel.

I've stayed at this budget accomodation for its proximity and vehicle safety in their well lit lot..There seems to have been some management/worker dispute that has seen a decline in overall cleanliness. The common area rugs are filthy and spotted..also, having stayed many times and not expecting much in amenities..the room i was in had large blotched stains that looked "unhealthy"...I slept on the bedspread with my own blanket and pillow...no hairdryer..tv that needed maintenance to turn on..and lastly...roaches in the bathroom w a toilet that flushed with a long whinning sound..I used to be comfortable here. S

Close to restaurants and coffee shop was the only benefit. However, management initially refused to check me in due to me only having a passport and not a drivers license, which I’ve NEVER had a problem with before. He then proceeded to raise his voice at me when I asked him to pick up the phone to speak with the Expedia representative who was trying to problem solve. He essentially wanted to leave me stranded without a place to stay AND prevent me from getting refunded by Expedia. After the 3rd call and 15 minutes of arguing with me and the rep, he finally checked me in anyways. All he did was type in my address, which I could’ve given to him in the first place? Seemed so unnecessary, I also overheard him being rude to a lady in a wheelchair. He changed his tune after I told him he’s purposefully being unhelpful, but it was too late at that point. I already felt uncomfortable and was worried about him retaliating in some way. I was perfectly fine with staying somewhere else if they couldn’t accept my passport, but his unwillingness to even help me get the reservation cancelled/refunded was ridiculous. The Expedia rep also has never heard of this policy, nor was it in the reservation requirements. His hostility towards me (a younger female) AND an elderly woman is ALARMING. I was very polite considering the circumstances.

This hotel was ok for 2 adults, but I wouldn’t advise families to stay here. The elevators are small and buttons don’t work. The breakfast was only so so and they were out of things. Ni lounge area only two chairs. The carpets could use an updating. The staff were friendly. The wifi was horrible. You have to frequently sign in and hope it works. Great water pressure in the very small bathrooms.

It was Good. I just stayed for one night. My complaint is that the online booking charged me more than what was charged on the receipt from the hotel. I very surprised. This is because normally the online charges are lower than the prices quoted directly from the Front Desk.

Lots of work going on at the hotel so no stair access. The room was okay, but stained carpets, a bathtub that wouldn't drain, low water pressure at the sink, took an extended period to get hot water to sink or tub. Towels were extensively used. For $100/night... this was ridiculous. When I asked at the desk about the above, "Sorry" was the reply. Nothing else. Too bad so sad.

Great place to stay!!!
I really liked the hotel. It’s an older building, but it’s really nice. Breakfast is great here. They have a waffle iron and they are so delicious. The room is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. There are two things that annoyed me. 1. The rooms phone doesn’t work at all. 2. There’s not black-out curtains. The maids here are fantastic.

The room was very rundown and the carpet looked very dirty with stains all over it. Everything seemed dirty and unclean. We stayed two nights and no one cleaned our room the next day while we were out. No clean towels, garbage was not emptied etc. The staff were all very friendly and polite. Three stars out of five!
