Thia is NO Grand Budapest Hotel
All the furniture appeared to come from tag sales. Carpets were stained and dirty, and a baby roach carcas was found in the bathroom. The hotel is run by one foreign family which means no one is certified or qualified to run a hotel.

Comfort inn is a great hotel but this one in wethersfield Hartford was horrible. Customer service was not so good. Hotels in general need to put real soap in bathrooms and soap to wash your hands in the rooms.

I really appreciate the service they offered to me, but I can’t book a room in that place again, staff, gym and pools don’t work, breakfast, isn’t good too, but if you need a faster place to stay and sleep is your focus just go for it but not what you see online. I do not recommend this comfort inn location. The Internet kept going out which was not good at all. We were not allowed to bring the breakfast meals out of the dinning area,which was not right at all seeing that we paid over 300+ for the room.The employees were not very helpful and it seemed as if the hotel/rooms were not being cleaned in a timely manner. We were not happy with our stay or service that we received.

**** Rude Staff and Hygiene Problems ****
The staff are very rude and don't know how to check in, their English is poor. The hotel generally has hygiene problems, the bathrooms and rooms are dirty, the air conditioners are dusty, the walls are leaking and the bathroom is terrible. I'm not even talking about the sheets and pillows! Also there is no soap and shampoo in the bathroom and they only give one towel. I stayed here because there weren't many options in the area but I would never stay here again, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
