Places clean, service friendly. Walls were thin, I could hear the TV from the neighbor next-door, and they only heat the pool in the winter apparently so it was frigid, but everything else was fine.

Friendly staff fronting a comfortable hotel
We weren't allocated the type of room we requested but we made it work. The problem could've been avoided with better communication during the reservation process. Not overall, clean, comfortable and did the job. Staff were friendly.

The entry way and the first floor was fine. Staff at check in was ok. But the second floor which our room was on had a bad musty odor. We saw a fan on the ground in the hallway. Our room, the air was not on so the room had a bad musty smell upon entering. The remote control did not appear to be clean. I used my own Clorox wipes to wipe it down. The full size mini fridge worked well & was very nice. Also had a microwave (we did not use). The bathroom was overall clean and functional. But there is a loose broken tile in the middle of the bathroom floor. The beds too firm and the pillows were too flat. The room did not smell clean because of the odor.

I have stayed at Best Western hotels frequently in the past, but this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. After checking in, I walked through the hallway and encountered a very strong smell of marijuana, which was extremely unpleasant. (Same as other previous review). Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed stains and marks on the bed sheet. Within less than an hour of checking in, we decided to pay extra money to find another hotel. When we left, the staff was not surprised at all, and they simply processed our checkout and informed us that the room charge would not be refunded, which we accepted. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
