Javier needs proper etiquette

Worst place I ever came to. Arrive on property for there to be about 15 men standing in the parking lot to the left and calling out to me and making me extremely feeling fearful and scared on property. The staff were unfriendly, especially the General Manager Javier, he stated it was “my assumption” that I felt unsafe on property. I advised I did not stay here due to it. As a Past DV survivor telling someone it’s their assumption is crazy and extremely unprofessional. He was rude and condescending. I will put reviews everywhere to not stay on property. Awful awful, by the GM stating that it proves they didn’t care about the guests safety but rather the 133 I paid for the room instead.

I was charged an extra $250 because staff said I smoked in the room. I NEVER SMOKED IN GHE ROOM!!! When I asked for evidence they refused. Plus it was filled with unsavory people.

Room was not cleaned

The front desk personnel was very friendly, but the room was not cleaned between the last people to stay and us. We found socks and long hair in the sheets and they smelled sweaty. The bathroom also didn't have a fan so it was perpetually damp.

For a one night stay in a pinch, it was perfect. The room was clean, the shower was nice, amenities including breakfast were provided and the staff was good to us as well. The area may look sketchy because it is near the highway, but overall I’d totally stay here again and recommend anyone who is looking to stay for a night or two to do the same.
