I requested my room to be clean. Sean stated they clean every other day. I expressed to him that i was checking out the next day. He stated they would come and clean AFTER they finished cleaning for the arrival guest. I was appalled because I was there versus someone who was going to check in. Being a valued member...didnt feel valued. Very disappointed. 1st time staying at a TRU hotel and LAST.

Minimalist but friendly

The staff was extremely friendly. Our room had a very strong musty order like wet smelly socks. The hotel was booked and so we couldn't move rooms. Room was extremely basic and minimalist.

Surprisingly minimalistic for a Hilton brand hotel. Breakfast was sparse and terrible. Advertised 24 hour front desk but couldn’t find anyone when we left a little after 5AM to get a receipt or drop off key cards. Housekeeping was only every other day and since we stayed for only two nights we had no cleaning of our room. Heating/cooling was a wall unit that was overly sensitive. Window blind was broken so as to be inoperative. We tried to get staff to assist but they didn’t understand English. As Hilton Honors members we asked for a bottle of water at check in but were told that the bottles of water were only given to HH members who booked through the Hilton App. He made a “exception” for us as I guess we looked tired and thirsty. Will definitely not be booking at a Tru hotel again.
