This hotel is beautiful. The man who checked me in and the man who checked me out were so nice. The hotel restaurant makes delicious food and it’s so easy to order and take back to the room. I also used the gym which was also nice.

Failing wifi, but otherwise good.

We had some critical meetings and the wifi failed on us. This is still a favorite hotel of mine, but it just did not feel like it had the same vibe as my previous visits.

The hotel was safe, friendly and clean. The mattress and pillows in our room needed to be replaced. Our room was also never refreshed, while we were there. However, I would try another stay at the Hotel Madison.
