The front desk manager, Melissa, was extremely helpful when there was an issue with the thermostat in our room. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to an impending snow storm, we had to cut our stay short. Melissa worked with the gentleman from Expedia to complete my travel insurance claim. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

This time was perfect...the time before i ordered room service (it said room service) but when i called it was an outside conpany who basically just door dashes it for you. So this stay was perfect. We walked to get food. So both times were good just dont get fooled about room service

Fine for an overnight but the walls are pretty thin so loud neighbors was a problem and rooms and furnishings need to be updated. Lobby was lovely and staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok. Omelet and bagels or pastries would have been nice. They only offered bread and muffins, scrambled eggs. Water refill station near the main entrance would have been nice instead had to go all the way down to fitness room to get refill. Otherwise, no issues.

I liked the atrium for our dog. Staff were very friendly. Only complaint was lack of coffee. No coffee pots in room and coffee by the counter was not enough for the demand in the morning. Also no fruit for breakfast.

Very pet friendly and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very dark and 1970s-style: an update is necessary. Walls are super thin: we could hear our next door neighbor’s conversations quite clearly. Our shower tub leaked and flooded the floor of the bathroom every time we took a shower (room 159). Breakfast is ok. Eggs need to be in a larger heated container: they kept running out.
