I was very happy with the hotel! Very nice rooms and very clean. Offered a great breakfast. I was there for the JMU Family Weekend and the complimentary snack and goody basket was a nice surprise.

Very overpriced, serious price gouging for JMU Family weekend. The breakfast was ok not great. Staff could be more professional. Positives: The hotel was very clean, quiet and convent to the local shopping and restaurants.

Only thing I didn’t like . I am a rewards member and I am still paying a third party but I should be able to redeem points. No trash bags in the trash cans so I wasn’t able to cleanup after myself .

Take care of your customers!
We have stayed here a few times now traveling with our baseball team. The people are always friendly and the hotel is always clean. However, on this last trip we had a 4:00 game so we went to check in at 2:30 and they asked for a $30 early check-in fee because the college had a football game. How unfair is that?? To charge me an extra $30 for 30 minutes or anytime for that matter on a room that I’m already paying $250 for. Which is a lot more for than I have paid in the past. If the room is ready, why should I be charged an extra $30? Not a good look!! We are already supporting your business in a bad economy and trying to squeeze your customers is not ok!!

My biggest problem came when we checked in. I have checked in early at many many hotels over the years. Hundreds of times. This place was very slow and not many people on site yet they charged my wife and I 30 dollars to check in early. I will never go back because of this.
