First room we were assigned did not appear to have been clean or that there was someone still occupying the room. When I went to the front desk, I was informed that the room had in fact not been cleaned. The attitude of the staff made me feel as if bringing this to their attention was a a burden on them. We were promptly assigned a new clean room but the ac unit in the new sounded like it was dying for most of the night.
