My stay was satisfactory. There was nothing exceptional about the hotel but nothing terrible either. I would possibly stay there again if I were in the area, but I also would not hesitate to stay somewhere else.
To be perfectly honest, I was really disappointed this time. We've stayed here a few times before but may be looking for other options.
Pros:
Walkable options for dinner, room was clean, and the breakfast was good.
Cons: when entering to check in the young man was busy on his phone and it took minutes to even acknowledge us, very uncomfortable. There wasn't a luggage holder in our room, he did check the room next door but still didn't offer 1 for our room. The room was smaller and no desk. When leaving for dinner, the woman at the desk had her phone on speaker and carring on a conversation about how a person left no tip. I know getting reliable help is tough but found both to be unacceptable.
